Includes information gathering from both teens and parents, screening tools and testing for anxiety and depression, formulating a diagnostic impression, devising a treatment plan, and education around lifestyle factors, medication and psychotherapy.

Follow Up Visit (30 min) /
Prolonged Follow Up Visit (45 min)

Review response to therapy and / or medication and / or lifestyle adjustments, update anxiety and depression assessments, review testing, discuss plan adjustments and next steps.

Medication Check Up (15 min)

For a stable patient who has already completed an initial consultation and at least one follow up.

Includes a review of response to medication and lifestyle adjustments and questions around next steps.
